Security

Candidate assessments are among the most sensitive records an employer holds. Here is how they are protected — and how to tell us if we've got something wrong.

HireBeep is an early-stage company building toward launch. We would rather show you a short, honest security page than a long list of controls we cannot yet evidence, so this page will grow as our program matures and is independently assessed. What is true today:

Where we are

  • This marketing site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or trackers, and self-hosts its fonts — nothing about your visit is shared with a third party.
  • Formal attestations (SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, penetration-test summaries) are not yet in place. When they are, they will be named here with their scope and dates — and not before. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.

Report a vulnerability

If you have found a security issue in HireBeep, we want to hear from you. Email security@hirebeep.com; our machine-readable contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt (RFC 9116). We welcome good-faith research and will work with you rather than against you. A full disclosure policy will be published as the program matures.

For a security questionnaire or diligence ahead of a pilot, write to the same address.
